If you are new to exercise, don’t know how to train for your goals, or may have had trouble reaching your goals or sticking with a program in the past then Ryan-Robertson Fitness is just what you need. In this guide, you will learn how we work here at Ryan-Robertson Fitness to ensure we are a good fit for you.

We offer individualised training plans for all our clients, tailored to suit their individual goals and lifestyle. We understand that life can be busy and so we aim to work closely with our clients to ensure each training program is achievable and goals can be sustainable long term. We want our clients to understand that training and nutrition don’t need to be an all-or-nothing approach, we want to work with you to find your balance and what works best for you.
Our online coaching is delivered through an easy-to-use app. Clients can quickly log their workouts, review past results, post comments, or ask questions all from the mobile app. Here you can access coaching videos within your program to guide you and ensure you can optimise your training. You can send in form videos for us to check and provide any additional guidance to allow you to perfect your form on each exercise. Here you can also track exercise history and metrics, log results and make progress towards your specific goals over time.
To ensure you are achieving your goals you will complete a bi-weekly check-in via the app. You will be assigned a short check-in questionnaire to complete in order to provide information on how you are getting on, discuss any obstacles or achievements and give any necessary feedback. You will also submit your weight, measurements and progress photos on this day which will give a good indicator of progress and allow us to determine your next steps.
