Here are some high protein lunch ideas. The ingredients are easily adaptable to suit your nutrition goals.
Sweet Chilli Chicken Wrap

Ingredient
1 Tortilla Wrap
120g Chicken Breast Fillets
15g Sweet Chilli Sauce
30g Lightest Philadelphia
1/4 Red Pepper
25g Reduced Fat Cheddar
Instructions
Cook chicken until completely cooked, season with paprika, salt and pepper.
Chop bell pepper into small chunks.
Pull apart your chicken and combine with your cream cheese, sweet chilli sauce and bell pepper.
Add your mixture to the centre of the wrap, top with some grated cheese, fold and place back onto your heated pan until golden.
Cheesy Pesto Pasta with Chicken

Ingredients
20g 30% Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
130g Raw Chicken Breast
40g Reduced Fat Basil Pesto
60g Wholewheat Pasta
50g Lightest Philadelphia
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Cook the chicken in a pan on a medium-high heat until it is golden and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Chop the chicken into chunks.
Drain the pasta and add the pesto and philadelphia.
Add the chicken to the pasta mix.
Sprinkle low fat cheese on the top.
Chicken and Chorizo Stir-Fry

Ingredients
20g Sweet Chilli Sauce
120g Raw Chicken Breasts 50g (1 nest) Wholewheat Noodles
0.5tsp Coconut Oil
35g Chorizo
0.5 Onion
0.5 Red Pepper
Instructions
Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the noodles and cook according to the packet instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water then set aside.
Preheat a wok or large frying pan over a medium heat. Melt the coconut oil then add the chorizo and fry gently for 3 – 4 minutes until crisp. Remove the chorizo using a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen roll.
Add the onion and pepper and fry for 3 – 4 minutes until they start to soften.
Add the cooked noodles and sweet chilli sauce. Return the chorizo to the pan, toss to coat then season to taste. Tip everything into a bowl and serve.
