Here are some of my go to breakfast choices. The ingredients are easily adaptable to suit your nutrition goals. If you are someone who gets bored of eating the same foods, this is great for you as you can change the flavours and add toppings as often as you like.

Caramel Toffee Overnight Wheetabix

35g Protein 75g Carbs 5g Fat 464 Kcal

Ingredient

2 x Wheetabix

70g 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt

1 full squeeze of My Protein Toffee Flavour Drops

1 x Protein Yoghurt (Milboa Caramel)

Water

Instructions

  1. Put the wheetabix in a bowl, add the water (add enough water to create the consistency the you like) and one full squeeze of the flavour drops. Mix Well.

  2. In a separate bowl, add flavour drops (2 drops) to the greek yoghurt and mix well. Note: I usually batch prep this for the week so I would just add one full squeeze into the 500ml yoghurt pot).

  3. Add the protein yoghurt to the bowl, on top of the wheetabix.

  4. Add the Greek yogurt mix on top.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Porridge

33g Protein 44g Carbs 18g Fat 456 Kcal

Ingredients

40g Porridge Oats

60g 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt

20g Peanut Butter

20g Protein Powder (I choose MyProtein Salted Caramel)

50g Strawberries

10g Chocolate

Water

Instructions

  1. Mix the oats and protein powder together, add mixture to a pot.

  2. Add enough water to completely cover the oats and protein powder and mix well

  3. Cook on medium heat until the porridge is at the consistency that you like.

  4. Remove from the heat, add the greek yoghurt, peanut butter and chocolate. Mix well (you can add flavour drops to add a little extra sweetness).

If you want to make this into overnight oats:

  1. Place the oats in a bowl and mix with the protein powder.

  2. Add enough water to completely cover the oats and protein powder.

  3. Add the greek yoghurt and mix well.

  4. Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the oats to soak.

  5. Top with the frozen berries and peanut butter (you may have to lose the chocolate for this one or have it on the side).
